What we collect and why
Order information — your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. We need this to produce and ship your watch and to communicate with you about your order.
Payment data — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or handle your card details.
Design files — the image you upload and the design you create in our builder is stored on our server so we can produce your watch.
Technical data — standard server logs for security monitoring.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.
How long we keep your data
Order records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC. You may request deletion of your design file after your warranty period has expired.
