Every Tinsley Time Wear watch is made to order. Custom builds are typically dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed; Edition builds within 3 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your watch is in the post.
We ship fully tracked from the United Kingdom. UK delivery typically arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch. International shipping is available at checkout — delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
Because every custom and personalised watch is made specifically for you, it is exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please check your design carefully before placing your order — the preview you see in the builder is exactly what we produce.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your watch arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are fully covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
All builds are covered by our 12-month workmanship warranty. If a fault develops within 12 months that is attributable to our work rather than normal wear, contact us and we will put it right.
