All watches sold by Tinsley Time Wear are genuine Casio AE1200 watches customised by us. Casio is a registered trademark of Casio Computer Co., Ltd. Tinsley Time Wear is an independent workshop not affiliated with or endorsed by Casio.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom watches are made to your individual specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once production has begun.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you upload. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order containing unlawful or infringing content.
Faulty goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If your watch arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is via Stripe at checkout. If a pricing error occurs we will contact you before proceeding.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
